Urgent ESC 2013 Voting News

We have some very urgent ESC 2013 Voting News.

It seems that Azerbaijan not only 'forgot' to vote for Russia - at least 10 points - .

You can read on Internet that Azerbaijan also bought voting teams in 15 countries.

If this is true you can forget the results and ESC 2013.

I always wondered why Azerbaijan is so successful in ESC.

Perhaps that's the reason why.

Dear Linde, Karin, Marius and Betty MacDonald fan club ESC fans,

Betty MacDonald fan club ESC event was outstanding.

It's really fascinating to meet the most interesting Betty MacDonald fan club ESC fans from all over the world.

I agree it was a bit sad that Betty MacDonald fan club founder Wolfgang Hampel didn't join us.

Betty MacDonald Memorial Award Winner Wolfgang Hampel is very busy right now.

Wolfgang Hampel is working on a new Betty MacDonald biography and documentary.

What about the Eva Vargas project. By the way I visited the website of Betty MacDonald fan club honor member Bernd Kunze who is a music producer, artist and one of the most important Charlie Chaplin collectors.  Don't miss it, please. Bernd Kunze does a great work.

Wolfgang Hampel and Bernd Kunze are cooperating in several Eva Vargas projects.
I bet that will be very interesting and we can't wait to hear more.

Now I'm going to share my ESC feelings.

I'm not very happy because of the horrible votings.

My TOP 5:  1. Russia, 2. Germany, 3. Norway, 4. Ukraine, 5. The Netherlands

There are obviously many faults in the votings for example Russia gives Acerbaijan 12 points ( what I don't understand at all because it's a bad song ) Acerbaijan gives  Russia zero points what we know now is wrong.

I wonder how many more faults happend.....  I guess many, many  more. You can't take this Contest serious with Acerbaijan as Nr. 2 and Greece as Nr. 6 and Ireland at the end. United Kingdom with Bonnie Tyler as Nr. 19, and Germany with Cascada as Nr. 21.  What a horrible result!

I know now that it wasn't  a bad decision of Turkey, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic and other countries not to take part on ESC 2013. I'm sure other countries will follow.

Many ESC fans missed these countries very much especially Turkey!

If United Kingdom ( the british entry belongs in TOP 10), France, Spain and Germany won't take part in future ESC's we can say: Good night ESC!

Regarding the ESC results what can I say?

Linde, I hope you are not too sad because of Sweden's bad ranking.

Karin I agree. I have the same entries in my ESC TOP 5:

1. Germany, 2. Norway, 3. Russia, 4. United Kingdom and 5. Ukraine

I don't understand the ESC results especially for Untited Kingdom and Germany.

Karin I agree if  France, Spain, Germany and United Kingdom should leave ESC it could mean the end of  Eurovision Song Contest. That would be very sad indeed because I'm really crazy about it.

Something is wrong with the votings.

Cascada and Bonnie Tyler are very successful international acts and they are on 21 and 19.  The very strange song from Greece is on Nr. 6. And Ireland is at the end.  No way!
That has nothing to do with a serious Eurovision Song Contest and we have to solve these problems or you can forget the whole thing. 

That's not only my opinion. Many ESC fans from all over the world have the same thoughts.

Anyway - I know we'll have our international Betty MacDonald Fan Club Meetings in the future and it's an unforgettable experience to take part because you can meet the most wonderful friends.

Linde I can understand very well why so many fans aren't going to watch ESC any longer.

I'm not very happy with the result.

Denmark's song wasn't the best at all. Just the opposite. Singer  and  song are in a way very childish and boring. I don't like it all.

My ESC TOP 5:   1. Russia, 2. Ukraine, 3. Norway, 4. Germany 5. United Kingdom

I can't understand why Germany is on 21 and UK on 19.  There is something wrong with the results.

If Spain, France, United Kingdom and Germany would leave ESC  -  I hope it won't happen - because I really love Eurovison Song Contest -  this could be the end of ESC  because of the missing financial support.

Germany, Cascada and Glorious are our Nr. 1 according to many Betty MacDonald Fan Club ESC fans from 40 countries.

Many Betty MacDonald Fan Club ESC fans are very sad about this year's ESC result.

We got so many mails from ESC fans from Spain, France, United Kingdom, Germany and other countries as well. They told us they are no longer interested in watching ESC. They are going to write to their TV senders because they want them to leave ESC.

As a huge ESC fan I can't imagine a life without ESC although I'm personally a bit depressed right now because of Sweden's bad ranking.
